Fall 2009 Employment Opportunities We are seeking resumes from qualified candidates for the following part-time positions: Math and Language Arts Teacher/Tutor Teacher's Assistants Substitute Teachers Program Coordinator Site Supervisor Student Recruiter Enrollment Coordinator Are you interested in becoming a part of a fast growing company that has a proven track record of success with students of all ages? Math and Language Arts Teacher/Tutors, Teacher's Assistants, Substitute Teachers will be hired to work with students enrolled in our after school programs and Saturday Academies. Qualified Instructors will be able to: • Work collaboratively to achieve the company’s goals. • Inspire and motivate others with creativity, enthusiasm and positive energy. • Interact effectively and work productively with parents, students and other staff members. • Present a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization. • Certified teacher or teacher in training preferred. • Exhibit proof of classroom management skills. Teachers currently working in district, bilingual Spanish and bilingual French Creole candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. All instructional candidates must have at least 60 college credits We are also seeking to hire qualified Recruiters and Enrollment Coordinators. Student Recruiters are responsible for general recruitment and are compensated on a per student commission plan. Recruiters do not have schedule commitments, recruit at your leisure! Enrollment Coordinators are field based marketing representatives, responsible for student recruitment in their assigned region. Recruiter/Enrollment Coordinator candidates must exhibit the ability to: Assist in developing, planning and implementing recruitment efforts for assigned regions. Realize recruitment goals. Identify school events and community activities to generate leads for student enrollment Create and develop relationships Make presentations Create reports using Microsoft Word or Excel At least 60 college credits and two years of related experience in sales and marketing are preferred. Candidates with previous experience running after school or summer programs will be strongly considered. Candidate must be customer service oriented. Spanish /French Bilingual are a plus. Teaching certificate/educational experience are also a plus. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills are required. Reliable transportation to travel to events is required. Enrollment Coordinators must be able to commit to a flexible schedule with availability to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours as requested. We offer very competitive compensation.
