Ms. Eldridge has fostered the emotional, social and cognitive development of students as young as
six weeks of age.  She has worked with students in nursery school, elementary, middle , high school
and college.  Ms. Eldridge has a great deal of experience with researching, developing and
implementing successful programs, conducting assessments and case management.  She has
personally assisted thousands of students who were deemed "at risk" to successfully complete high
school and plan for a productive life after secondary school.   She was personally commended in
1999 for her work with urban youth by President Bill Clinton.  In 2005, her success was documented
when she was interviewed for and quoted in

Ms. Eldridge holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts Degree in
Educational Psychology and has completed the necessary academic course work in the post
graduate program to become certified School Psychologist.  Additionally, she is a certified  eligible
Substance Awareness Coordinator and Elementary School Teacher.  Ms. Eldridge has conducted a
number of parent workshops, leadership trainings and is a Certified Trainer for the
Prudential/Points of Light Youth Leadership Institute. She has held membership in various
professional organizations, such as the National  Association of School Psychologists, the American
Psychological Association, NAACP, NANBPWC, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the National
Honor Society, Psi Chi.

Ms. Eldridge oversees the entire Educational and Social Assessment program and directs the
Department of Human Resources for the company.
 

Tiffany N. Overton, M.ED
Ms. Overton also has a broad range of experience working with children and families. She has
taught elementary, middle, high school and adult students.  Ms. Overton is a Master Teacher and
has taught language arts, math, science, history and basic skills courses.  She has worked as a
Lead Teacher in Math.  Ms. Overton also has extensive experience in instructing students how to
utilize critical thinking as an effective test taking strategy and has extensive training in providing
effective instruction geared towards student success on standardized tests.  She has devised and
implemented lesson plans that address the needs of the multi-leveled learner; as a result, has
effectively prepared many students for various state assessments.  Additionally, she serves as the
Middle School Principal for a K-8 school .

Ms. Overton holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts Degree in Education
and School Administration.  She also holds NJ Standard Certificate for Elementary Education, a NJ
Standard Certificate to be a Supervisor and a Principal's Certification.  Ms. Overton also holds
membership in the National Honor Society, Psi Chi.     

Ms. Overton oversees the entire curriculum development program and manages contract
acquisitions for the company.
