Development Courses for Districts, Schools & Professionals

Our courses/trainings meet and exceed NJ Professional Development Standards.   
Further, our consultants model how to shift from current practices to using the standards as an instructional tool.

  • Our trainers hold advanced degrees in education, and have a minimum of five years of teaching, supervisory, and
    administrative experience.

  • We utilize a system of various workshops and staff trainings to implement our professional development programs.
    Furthermore, we do offer follow-up training and mentoring to ensure quality assurance.

  • Teachers who participate in our training receive half or full day workshops. We also provide in-class support and
    mentoring - depending on the services offered.

  • We offer workshops and trainings in a variety of settings.  Initial fees range from $125 per participant and up. Costs are
    also based on the type of services requested.
